"Made this last night and I am glad to say that it was very G OO D GOOD!!!!! After reading comments about the glaze being runny, I under cooked the chicken then added it to the sauce. It came out perfecto. I used Rachael Ray's 4% acidity balsamic, it has less of a strong flavor. I also added 1tbl of honey, and extra 1/4 cup of the orange marmalade,"

I'm a simple yet soulful American. I love the All-American burger. (Which I'm still searching for the best burger in Cali.) But I also like the down home taste of Louisiana.
