"I just tried these cookies, they were delicious. I did follow the other suggestions of letting them bake for approximate 8 minutes, then make the thumb print and add the jam. Good idea!!! They came out wonderful!""

Reviewed Outrageous Brownies

"Excellent!!!!! Is all I can say about these brownies. I made a few adjustments, but it didn't matter, they were still EXCELLENT. I didn't have baking powder, so I used 1/4 tsp of baking soda, omitted the coffee altogether, and incorporated 1/2 milk chocolate instead of all unsweetended chocolate. I still used the semi sweet. One piece of advice USE THE CORRECT SIZE PAN. I did not have the called for size pan, so I used two smaller ones. It does make a difference in the baking time. It took my brownies about an hour to bake. I was afraid ofnover baking them, but I just kept using the toothpick. As soon as it came out clean, I immediately took them out of the oven. Another thing REFRIGERATE THEM. Follow the instructions. I refrigerated one pan, and got greedy with the other and did not refrigerate them. There was a definite difference in the way I was able to cut them. ENJOY!!!!!

Reviewed Southern Red Velvet Cake

"The first time I made this cake, I was scared...I had never made a cake with vinegar before...?? so I decided to make this cake for my church. I figured we were all christians and they would be nice about it, if it did not come out right. WELL..., not only was this a hit......EVERYONE asked me for this recipe. I am not a professional cook by any means, I really not a good cook at all, but I make this cake time and time again. It ALWAYS comes out perfect., bright red, moist, a slight cocoa taste. It is simply delicious.
