My Activity

Reviewed Key Lime Pie

"This pie has made me very popular in my house. I made the crust AND the sour cream frosting. It was perfection. The sour cream sounds weird, but its the perfect balance for the sweet/tart of the pie. Also, I found that the name brand condensed milk set faster than the store brand (I made two pies. They both came out great however. If you are in a rush, put it in the freezer.

Reviewed Cauliflower and Ham Crustless Quiche

"Another hit with my family. I'd like to think that the crustless factor means this quiche has fewer calories, but I doubt it. I did have a little runniness with mine as well. Next time I will pat the cauliflower dry. The possibilities are endless with this recipe.
