Reviewed Easy Caramel Sauce
"This was good and fairly quick, though I did have to double the time ( cooked about 15 min. ) to get it to thicken at all, and I did add about 1/2 tsp. salt for more flavor. I make a brown sugar shortbread cookie at Xmas and this sauce actually tasted more like that cookie than an real caramel, which was disappointing, but it was still pretty tast"
