About Me
A diabetic whose sugars are completely diet controlled. I always test out as if I were a normal human being, so I guess I'm doing it right. Add to that the fact I have naturally occurring hypercolesterolemia, and you have the whole picture.
I LOVE TVP!! I find all kinds of ways to use it where I would otherwise use meat. But finding recipes is often difficult. Soy is my other favourite food -- in soooo many forms.
I also adhere very carefully to Orthodox Jewish dietary law. So, creativity in cooking is always welcome.
