This was not 'easy'. There are 3 parts to cook in this recipe and timing them all together can be a bit of a challenge. I substituted all the potatoes for Red and Yukon and onions- brown for white, and Sauvignon Blanc for Chardonnay since that's what I had. It was a little disappointing except for the chicken. That was very flavorful. Potatoes whe"

Great recipe. Can't go wrong with Shrimp and grits. I gave it 5 stars to be fair even though I had to substitute some of these mexican ingredients. I didn't have Chorizo sausage so I used Bob Evans and pre-seasoned it with cumin, chili powder and cider vinegar as a dry marinade. Used cheddar monterey jack instead of pepper jack Velveeta cheese. This was a good healthier alternative to deep fried catfish which I was looking for. The best recipe however is Paul Prudhumme's fried Fish with Pecan Butter Sauce and Meuniere Sauce. It's more work but the Meuniere sauce is very rich and flavorful, using soup stock, garlic, butter, flower, Worcestershire sauce. The best fish dish I've ever tasted"

I can't believe something so good is so easy. Used this when having left-overs for dinner and it became the star. I can't wait to try other variations like adding corn for one and shrimp seasoned with my favorite seafood seasoning blend for another. "

This is my favorite wings recipe. I've tried a couple variations but don't think I ever used a whole cup of grapefruit juice. That might be why mockingbirds72 turned out so bad. In the video, Tyler only used 1/2 cup. This should be soy sauce based. Grapefruit juice based? eew!

Update: Don't let the leftover sauce go to waist. I...

I only cook on occasion and found to be very easy to make and glad I read the comments first. I opted not use the tapioca, ground chicken and went with only 1/2 a chipotle chili and 4 half boneless chicken breast. I could have used 3 since it was very meaty. After 6 hours I took the chicken out, pulled it apart with a folk which was easy to do. Returned...
