Very good meatloaf but perhaps using a little less green pepper. I have a similar sauce to go on top. It is called " Piquant Sauce" and it is much better. 3 Tbs. brown sugar, 1/4 C. ketchup, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, and 1 tsp. dry mustard. I have used this on my meatloaf for as long as I can remember. I don't know where the recipe came from.""
