Reviewed Tomato, Red Onion and Rocket Salad with Fried Egg, Grilled Chorizo and Grilled Provoleto Crostini

This s*&$ was awesome. The crostini was the best thing of this whole episode. While difficult to execute, the payoff was worth it. I used Kiolbassa Chorizo from San Antonio. My provolone was only about an inch thick, but it compliments the egg and the chorizo so well, it don't matter.""
