"oh my my my. These potatoes were scrumdidliumptious! I did make an adjustment. I did not put 1/2 & 1/2 in, i put in about 1/2 c. sour cream (or a little more). they were tasty!

"This was a hit. Moist and delicious. I left out the parsley, used half ground beef and half ground turkey and added about 1/2 c. extra bread crumbs. YUM-O!! I would recommend doubling the amount of sauce. Thanks!

"As Rachel Ray would say, "Yum-O!" The biggest complaint I am seeing from other reviewers is raw potatoes. If you look carefully at the ingredients list, it says "cooked potatoes" so, they're already cooked before you even put them in the oven. I myself almost missed this very crucial step. These potatoes are delicous. I of course added extra cheese and voila, amazing potatoes. Thanks Em!

"As Rachel Ray would say..YUM-O!! One of the biggest complaints I see people posting is raw potatoes. Now, I almost overlooked this crucial step, and it was right in the ingredients and it says "cooked potatoes" . so the potatoes are fully cooked prior to putting this in the oven. I added extra cheese (of course) and this was just down right delicious. Thanks Em, you're the best. :D

"Well, it was okay. Not impressed with the breading. The cornmeal gave it a weird gritty texture. The flavor was okay. I guess I wouldn't make this one again.

"I am not a white bread fan, but this is a fantastic recipe! The presentation is beautiful. A gorgeous golden crust. Crunchy on the outside and so soft on the inside. Perfect for sandwiches or just eating with butter at dinner. My family loves it. the recipe was easy to follow. I would definitely suggest this to all my friends and family.

Hello everyone. I am 27, and currently a stay at home mom. I have 2 wonderful children, Ryan 7 & Lexi 4. They are fantastic kids, and they inspire me to be a better person each and every day. I am obsessed with food and of course the Food Network. I'm a great cook and would love to be able to have my very own Food Network show. My grandma has been a chef since...forever...and had owned her own caitering business for 35 or 40 years. now she has a little cake shoppe and she really helps me on my road to becoming a better cook. I have no formal training, i just wing it and most of the time it turns out fabulous...but then you know..we all have our bad moments. cookies are not my cup of tea. i would love to make them, but for some reaon, i have issues witht them. :D
Favorite Foods
I love to cook everything!! I'm really good at making up different chicken recipes. Chicken is very easy to work with, probably too comfortable with this. I've come to foodnetwork.com to try out new recipes and to be inspired! My favorite restaurant is Hell's Kitchen in Duluth Minnesota. They have a fabulous ham & pear sandwich. it is truly to die for :D
