My Activity

Reviewed Parmesan Crisps

"wax paper is not parchment Celina. Or probably can use silpat too. My bf has made these and they are fantastic but I know Giada and other FNChefs do the exact same recipe .....if you can call this one ingredient recipe a recipe as Ina quips."

Reviewed Hot and Sweet Italian Sausages in Tomato Sauce

"I have been making this many years now thank you Em, but I always include bell peppers red or green. To me its kind of a twist on the grilled sausage sandwich with onions & peppers ...only pasta! and ricotta cheese rather than parm or mozzarella, which is a take on lasagna. And yes I too bake the leftovers lasagna style with top layer of moz.cheese for next day supper ...the kids love this even more! One other addition is a good splash of red wine while simmering on stove top. "

Reviewed Cocoa Brownies

"OK can someone tell me, was half listening / distracted last night. Are these brownie to use the dutch-processed cocoa? or is it the other one Alton spoke about. I think he said one had fat the other not, or something like that...? I see that his syrup recipe calls for dutch-processed, and the cocoa powder mix recipe calls for dutch-processed as "preferred".
