"Just made this recipe for my fiance who has never had a mussel in his life.... and it was AWESOME!!!! I didn't have any pepper flakes so I just added more cayenne pepper, which worked for us because we like our food HOT! I wish I had more bread because this recipe makes a LOT of juice... but it's okay... we saved all the excess and I'll make it "
