This was my first time making meatloaf and it came out really good. I was nervous since a lot of reviews said the meat didn't stick but mine actually stuck really well. I used one can of Rotel in the meat mixture vs. tomato paste. I opted to use paste and ketchup in the red sauce; of course with the Dijon mustard and brown sugar. It was sweet but "
