Don't cook often, but when I do I love it. I also find that I'm really good at improvising recipes. My newest favorite spice discovery is smoked paprika...o...m...g. Delicious, especially since I'm mostly vegetarian. It's also killer on buttered/salted popcorn and baked potatoes!
