"Much richer than I expected. Had a wonderful, full flavor; however, I agree with another reviewer that 2 tsp of thyme may be overdoing it, so I used 1 tsp thyme and 1 tsp parsley and was pleased with the result. Also, when making the stock, I put in some of the onions and herbs with which I had stuffed the turkey. I had brined my turkey (also AB's recipe) so I didn't need any extra salt or pepper. I will definitely make this again and perhaps try it with chicken -- the only thing I may do differently is to add more rice (ie, 1/2 c.).
