I can cook well, but I have never made quiche. Yet this is the best quiche I've ever tasted...ever! That includes bakery, grocery, gourmet,,, I pre-baked my crust for about 7 minutes and sauteed scallions, onions, fresh mushrooms, and frozen spinach in some coconut oil.
