"Delish! Best rice pudding recipe i've ever tried and will continue to use this one. I doubled the recipe and used the suggestions made by other reviewers in terms of how to cook the pudding. It did take more than 15 minutes for the rice to thicken. It was more like 30 minutes. I used one vanilla bean and vanilla extract. Perfect vanilla flav""
