"Not a big turkey fan, but turkey thighs were so cheap on sale one would have to be an idiot to walk by them. I totally forgot to add the brown sugar (and I had it) and this was an amazing recipe. I used whole seed mustard because it was all I had. I added some smoked paprika, garlic powder and a touched of minced garlic to the mix and wham, awes"

"This was a delicious recipe although it calls for no curry at all (weird). I used chunked pot roast because it was on sale and trimmed off the fat. I mistaken cumin seeds for corriander and did not like the crunch and texture of the cumin seeds so get the right seed.
