Reviewed Salmon Cakes
"I've made these several times for my picky-eating kids. They love them. I leave out the onions, and last time I used 1/3 c potato flakes stirred with a little water instead of the potato. Next time I'll try it without the bacon, and add a little old bay. I'm careful with the salt here because the canned salmon already has salt."
Reviewed Sauteed Swiss Chard with Bacon
"Easy. Delicious. What more can I say? A lot, actually. I grew Swiss chard in my veg garden for the first time, and trust me there's a lot of it. So I made this recipe tonight. I enjoyed the bitterness of the greens and the spiciness of the red pepper. My 6 yo son tried it and liked it but it was too spicy. I'm going to make it again tomorrow night"
