I really enjoyed the flavor and the bacon/onion topping. We added more bacon throughout the mac n cheese as well. I did have one problem - the roux, it clumped up and I forgot to take the milk off the heat while adding the cheese and it came out gritty. I will definitely try and make it again and hopefully it will come out better. ""

The mustard flavor was way too strong. Had to remove as much mustard as I could. May try adding honey next time as someone had mentioned to try and cut the strong mustard flavor.""

Loved it! I added a little extra cayenne for kick. Next time I will sear my pork chops a little longer than three minutes on each side. It didn't cook all the way through at the end so I had to simmer a little longer. ""
