very tasty. i didnt have ginger powder so i just skipped it. only doubled the coriander, kept the other measurements the same, added a pinch of cayenne pepper. in addition to pine nuts, i added some chopped almonds, raisins, and dried pomegranates. would def make it again. love the nuttiness of the quinoa. "

Thought it was just ok, the kheer was too thick and I thought the vanilla extract ruined that flavor of the cardomom. I added a cinnamon stick while the milk was boiling which added a nice flavor. Can use 5 splenda in place of sugar if you want. I had done 4 but not sweet enough. I would try this recipe again with some changes. ""

The lamb was very very tender and delicious. The spices were perfect. The curry curdled however. Anyone know what might have caused this? It happened with some of the other reviewers of the recipe as well. Not sure why.

I used whole milk and low fat condensed milk. The consistency and texture of the kulfi was really good but the Earl grey flavor was much too strong and I only used 3 tea bags- they were Tazo so maybe that's why it was super potent? It was very fast and easy- maybe will try again with some variations. ""
