"Loved this dish! I recently went to an Indian restaurant and the food was horrible. I wont need to go out anymore, I have found the dish to satisfy my cravings! I used low carb tortillas instead of the pita, still delicious. The spice is hot but the sauce cools it down nicely. I also made Bobbys cumin lime coleslaw to go with it, the bomb. "
"Very time consuming recipe and if you missed the show,not knowing how to stuff the plantains made it difficult.
The roast was delicious but took much longer than 5 hours. The chipotle oil was really good and helped offset the heat from the roast. I would make this again with mashed plantains, pork on top, and drizzled with the oil.

"I ,as the previous reviewer, love the traditional ramen salad. I was hoping to like this one even better, yet its not even close. The overpowering taste of red vinegar ruins this dish-this sauce needs sugar and more oriental flavoring.
Also, you can throw this together up to a day in advance and use store bought cabbage (saves lots of time). "

"Love the balsamic vs a sour cream/mayo dressing. This is the 2nd time I have made this and changed it up a bit. I used zucchini,yellow squash,red onion, broccoli,carrots and roma tomatoes. "Epic Fail! The citrus from the limes,sugar and pineapple was overpowering. I've had deserts less sweet than this dish. The entire family threw their plate in the trash.
If your set on making this recipe, omit the limes on top of the fish and marinate the fish in more garlic and cilantro for at least 45 minutes. "
