"I really liked this recipe. I'm a big fan of chicken piccatta and decided I should try to make it myself. I was a little nervous because the sauce was a darker color than I am used to seeing in restaurants and much thinner, but it tasted perfect. I might try thickening it with corn starch, as some people have suggested, but maybe not. I served the chicken with spaghetti noodles and there was plenty of sauce. My boyfriend loved it, too. I love making my favorite restaurant dishes in my own kitchen and I will definitely make this again.

"Great! This soup has wonderful depth of flavor. If you find it bland, you probably didn't season it well enough at the end. Don't be afraid of the red wine vinegar. Add several dashes when it's done, along with more salt and pepper. I could not be happier with this recipe!

I did have to add about a cup of water toward the end, probably because I had it simmering too high and it reduced too much. Delicious!
