I really liked this recipe. I'm a big fan of chicken piccatta and decided I should try to make it myself. Great! This soup has wonderful depth of flavor. If you find it bland, you probably didn't season it well enough at the end. Don't be afraid of the red wine vinegar. Add several dashes when it's done, along with more salt and pepper. I could not be happier with this recipe!
