"These were the first pork chops that I have ever cooked and they tasted quite decent. However I think they could have used more seaonsing. Not salt but some more cayenne, herbs, and a little bit of sourness maybe lemon pepper on the chop itself. The gravy was quite good it needs to be cooked down a bit to be thickened or you can just stir In a bit"
