"I didn't see where the vanilla would be, but with the vanilla I'd rate it a five for a great idea to get cappuccino to a crowd in a hurry. I often scrape vanilla bean into the french press, which lends a nice base flavor to a cap, but vanilla bean scraped into the milk is makes an initial blast of flavor reminiscent of whipped cream. Either way, the vanilla is a fab addition. I"m glad I'm not the only one who forgets details in my recipes!"
