"I found these lemon squares to be just okay. I did substitute lemon extract for the limoncello (a litle less than half the amount of limoncello called for) and the lemon part itself had a nice, tangy flavor. They also needed about an extra 5-7 minutes in the oven to set up just right (not a big deal.) What really left me disappointed was the crust""
