For me these are the perfect corn muffin. Crunchy top, great texture and crumb, and not too sweet. Followed 2 suggestions from others here: filled the tins to the top and baked for 25 minutes. The came out perfectly."

Reviewed Flour's Famous Banana Bread

This is the best banana bread recipe I've ever tried - and I've tried a lot. This recipe makes one large (10") loaf pan, or one smaller (8") loaf pan and 3 or 4 banana nut muffins. I make the one large loaf and it does take 55 to 60 minutes at 350 to bake thoroughly. I bake mine for the full hour because I find the crustiness of the browned edges...
