"Couple of suggestions 1) for low fat option, use 1 cup of non-fat greek yogurt and 1/2 cup mayo. You cannot taste the difference. Reviewed Pumpkin Gingerbread Trifle

"Made a few adjusments after reading the reviews. I used 2 1/2 cups of WHOLE milk in the cook and serve pudding mix instead of 3 and let cool completely. Used spice cake instead of gingerbread. Used canned pumpkin and followed the recipe on the can omitting milk/eggs...do not add the extra brown sugar thats in the recipe. I drizzled Smuckers butte""
