"Fab!! I added potatoes and corn and skipped the celery. I also fully cooked the meat (accidently) instead of browning as the recipe instructed and by doing that I it only took about 45 minutes, enough time for the potatoes, corn, and carrots to cook to perfection. I will be making this at least once a month especially during the winter months. ""
