I nor my family liked this recipe even a little bit. The chicken was tasteless. I thought the salt would season the chicken so I added nothing different. Big mistake, I will be going back to my original way a fying chicken. ""

Fab!! I added potatoes and corn and skipped the celery. I also fully cooked the meat (accidently) instead of browning as the recipe instructed and by doing that I it only took about 45 minutes, enough time for the potatoes, corn, and carrots to cook to perfection. I will be making this at least once a month especially during the winter months. ""
