So, flippin'; tasty! Now, I prepared it this time as directed. The only complaint we had was that the sauce was too thick. Next time (and there will be a nice time) I will bump up the cream to 1 cup and the remaining butter to 3 tablespoons. The spices could stand up to it."

Probably the best turkey I have made in the entire 10 years I have been making T-day dinners. The turkey was juicy with GREAT flavoring. The drippings off this bird made UNBELIEVABLE gravy (made with cornstarch and chicken broth). I will be making this regularly."

I really enjoyed this recipe and it is right up my alley as to food I love. I agree with Mandy re: the lemon juice. I made the recipe as written and the lemon juice overpowered the sauce. I ended up having to add wine and chicken base to "spruce" it up and save it. I will def. decrease the lemon juice to 1 or 2 tablespoons next time I make this, b"

This recipe was fantastic. Incredibly tasty and with the right sides, including margaritas, became an awesome Mexican meal. It doubled very easily and the flavors blended well. It takes a bit of time to prepare, so allow the time, but it is well worth it. I would easily serve this for a light entertainment meal for friends or business prospects."
