Reviewed Pasta Bolognese

"I think I added too much salt. The recipe said add a generous amount, but I should have followed my first mind and gradually add in salt. It wasn't terrible, but I'm gonna give it another try."

Reviewed Kentucky Farmhouse Scramble

"Delicious!!!

For the onions try this:

1/2 cup flour
1 onion, cut into thin rings
2 cups vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste

Season the flour with salt and pepper. Dredge the onions in the seasoned flour. In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, add the onions and fry until crispy and golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towels. Season the onions with salt and pepper.

"Not bad. Certainly edible, but not worth the time or money it takes to make it. Too many ingredients! Better off buying.
