Reviewed Gyros with Radish Tzatziki

The Radish Tzatziki is amazing. I didn't want to spend the money for lamb so I opted for a pork sirloin roast. Didn't have a rotisserie so I just used indirect heat on my gas grill at about 350 degrees for 2 hours and it turned out great. The tzatziki made the gyro, great flavor all around. Will definitely make again. "
