Reviewed Linguine with Shrimp Scampi

Easy, elegant, and delicious. I took the advice of others and used only one lemon, but added a dry white wine to make up for the rest of the lemon juice. Served over linguine fini.

Reviewed Chicken Chili

Love this recipe. I've made it once with basil, but it didn't quite feel like chili to me, so I used cilantro. I love it, even though Ina dislikes it.
This recipe is fabulous. When I feel lazy, I use a chicken from the store rotisserie, and it's just as good.
