"It was absolutely delicious, not too sweet, just right. For some reason my whipped cream kept falling flat so I ended up using cool whip instead, and I only repeated the layering twice in a more shallow bowl, but the flavors were perfect together. "

Reviewed Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup

"This recipe was great. I altered a few things such as not using any vegetable except onion and mushroom, and I used almond flour instead of regular flour, and I used 2 cups of almond milk instead of half and half and heavy whipping cream. It was absolutely delicious! Even my fiance loved it and he's not a soup or veggie man but the flavor was great."
