"To avoid 'firm' meatballs, don't pack them too tight.

To avoid dry meatballs, make sure you don't use a really lean ground meat. Fat keeps the meat from drying out. If you want to use a lower fat ground beef or turkey, add some butter substitute or some olive oil.

"jencudnik - for baking, it is always unsalted butter.

for everyone else, the average cake is 8 servings. divide all measurements by 150 then multiply by 8, or however many servings you're wanting to make.
