“The topping was terrible. You need to mix the topping with butter to establish a crust. This topping was like dust that gets caught in your throat. I could literally blow it off the top of the cooked fish. Don't use bread crumbs, instead use Panko. The concept is similar to many other fishing topping recipes, but this recipe was a fail.”

“Amazing flavor! Crispy and juicy. Don't skimp on the spices. Just remember the basics: dark meat takes longer to cook and keep the oil temperature at 375. This will be my fried chicken "go to" recipe. Just loved it.”
