Reviewed Honey Ricotta Cheesecake
"I do not usually like cheesecake, but made this for a dinner party tonight and not only did my guests loved it - I did too! I used lime rind instead of orange - the only problem was it looked really overly browned adn cracked when I took it out of the oven, so I topped it with some blackberries soaked in lime juice and honey. I used really good, fresh ricotta and added a dash of salt to the recipe too...
