Reviewed Texas Oven-Roasted Beef Brisket

"Great rub. I'll use it for other roasted meats. My mistake was to use a very small piece of brisket, only 11/2lb. I cook for myself and didn't want too big of a cut. After the first hour it had shrunk up very small and curled up like a shrimp. I'll try again with a normal size cut. The brisket was very tasty.
