This was a great recipe but the second time I changed it up a bit. Processed the chicken and cheese. Added some pepper jack cheese also. Used Frank's wing sauce, the one with the orange cap and added more. Added some dry ranch dressing and whipped cream cheese, then some cooked bacon bits. Everything tastes better with bacon! (Can't give exact measurements...

Great football fare! Original recipe is great but I chose to make a few changes the second time I made these. Food processed the chicken and cheeses.(Added some pepper jack). WOW! Amazing Brussels! I saw Guy do this today and just had to try with what I had on hand and also had to cut down the amounts (made 2 servings. Used frozen Trader Joe's Belgian sprouts cut per recipe. Used way less flour (wondra), and half and half. Added a splash of good sherry, minced garlic and fresh thyme and parsley from my garden. Had the "

WOWZA! Spicy, cheesy goodness! Made a few changes because of what I had on hand. Followed the jalapeno roasting. Kept in most of the ribs and seeds as I like things hot. Used the cheddar. Had cream cheese with chives and onions so used that, which got me thinking next time I might add caramelized onions. Threw on some leftover bacon. Used clarifie"

WOW! Just as I remembered prepared tableside for my dear late husband and me from a Lake Tahoe restaurant years ago. I reduced some beef stock, red wine and thyme instead of the veal stock.and upped the brandy just a bit. Used fresh chives and parsley from my garden in place of the green onions. Fablulous flavors! Prep ahead and this goes together"

Great presentation! Tender tatoes inside and crispy outside. Salt and freshly ground pepper is a must here. I was taste testing this at our annual family Xmas dinner a few nights ago for a holiday party I'm catering for 12 in two weeks. I followed the recipe but added more garlic between the cuts. Did not do Sunny's topping. I used some homemade pesto...

Awesome!!! I did this for a catered 6 course dinner last week and everyone asked for seconds! I served in small punch bowl cups so clients could sip or spoon, with a prosciutto crisp garni on top. Stuck to recipe otherwise. Wonderful green color. You can't go wrong with this one.
