Reviewed Roasted Pears with Blue Cheese

"I made a few changes and the recipe still held up. The changes I made were using apples and swiss cheese. I left out the port as well. And I didn't have any cider so I diluted applesauce with water and mixed it with the brown sugar for the sauce. My family enjoyed it. It was fairly mellow with the swiss cheese so if you are not a fan of blue/stilton I say it is a good substitution. I used it as a side dish and it was a nice compliment to the meal. It was easy and delicious, my favorite type of recipe. Thanks Ina."
