Reviewed Chicken Pot Pie

"absolutely delicious. I added 2 potatoes, that I blanched with the carrots and 2 finely diced stalks of celery. the crust is soooooo good, I will never use another store bought one. I will use less salt next time. we don't use much salt so this tasted a bit salty but really, really good."

"wow! this was so easy and really good. i thru in dried cranberries and grated rind of 1 orange, um, um good. I also made the dough 1 day ahead and wrapped it in plastic wrap. then I just patted it out til it was about 3/4" thick and cut triangles. easier than a biscuit cutter & rolling pin.""

Reviewed Panna Cotta with Fresh Berries

"This recipe is really good. I lightened it up a bit and the flavor was still excellent. I used 2% milk; and 1 1/2 cups half and half and 1 1/2 cups whipping cream in place of the
3 C whipping cream. I also skipped the salt. This recipe serves 8 easily.
