Reviewed Roasted Salmon with Shallot Grapefruit Sauce

This dish was awesome! I didn't have grapefruit, so I used navel oranges and left out the honey. I served it with broccoli with toasted garlic. The plate looked like a $25 restaurant meal. I know I'll be making this one again and again. Thank you, Ellie."
