Best Stuffing Ever!

Great depth of flavors. Even my grandson who doesn't like stuffing, really liked it. We are saving this and will make it again. We used chestnuts and they add a great dimension. Fabulous.

LOVED it. The spices are delectable and the pine nuts and greek yogurt are a must. Just the perfect touches. We will have this again and again.

Reviewed Lemon Chicken

We really like this, but I used about 3 huge tablespoons of lemon curd rather than the amount the recipe called for. I also used fresh lemon juice and lemon zest and some red pepper flakes to tone down the sweet I read about in other reviews. It worked out great!

Great burger. I agree with pretty much all the reviews I read. Who-wooda-thought? Water chestnuts? Yup! They are one of the key components. The recipe takes a little longer than just putting a burger together because of cooking the onions and garlic ahead, but these are so worth it! "
