I absolutely adore this recipe! I have made it several times. I bake a chicken, however instead of using the rotisserrie kind. Just my preference. Now, one criticism - How did the Food Network kitchens establish the prep time at 15 minutes? Unless you have a sous chef living in your pantry, this is a much longer project - but well worth it. "

Reviewed Mama Neely's "Sock It To Me" Cake

Such a dissapointment. I was so looking forward to taking this cake to a SuperBowl party, only to find out that the recipe is all screwed up in the Neely cookbook. What a mess. Now I'm on line trying to find a last minute substitute. Believe me, it won't be from the cookbook, which I really like, but won't trust today!
