I've made this to recipe many times, yes, perfection! But in case anyone wonders, I made it with barely any butter, no cream, still perfect, and made the biscuits with no half and half but used skim milk, still fab!! So it's a great recipe no matter how you play with it!!"

I'm surprised this only has 3 reviews, this was outstanding!! I read many recipes and was going to make Emerils but went with this instead. I questioned his which had no milk or egg or anything, and a couple people said the flour didn't stick. So with this one, I added emerils spice to the flour. In the remoulade, we can't get adobo sauce so w"

Shut up! This is so good! So simple! And needs nothing. I read other reviews and considered adding veggies, but didn't, and it is perfect! Maybe a second time I might add something, but it really doesn't need it. Served cold or warm, perfect! (and I don't make a lot of rachel ray's things but thought I'd give it a shot-like it!!)"

Delicious! I always forget something though. Forgot the salt & pepper in the dressing, but didn't miss it. I discovered I was out of walnuts but had pine nuts so used them. The only thing is, I wished my squash had more brown bits from roasting. Just didn't get them, even after turning up the temp and putting back in for a bit. Still delish "

this was delicious!!! (I didn't personally care for the mint, but that's me) not fun boiling rice, lentils, and greens (I had to use cabbage as no swiss chard around) but the end result was fab!! With a lovely baguette, filling and healthy. Yum!"

I made this exactly to the recipe. Amount of egg whites was great. Many previous comments were about the chef, not about the recipe. I don't get the show where I live, but was looking for a healthy meal using chicken sausage. This was delicious! Oh, I did add some scallions with the cilantro."

I love Ina, but this is the worst recipe I've tried of hers. She should've said to squeeze excess liquid out of the zucchini before adding anything to it. Even still, they fell apart, stuck to the pan, terrible. I've made several recipes with zucchini this year, and they worked, this one didn't."

Really good and super easy! my only substitutions were green pepper for poblano and corn for hominy as I couldn't get these where I live. The only thing I would change next time, is to take one can of beans and some of the ch.broth and pulse in my food processor before adding to the pot. This gives the dish a creamier base, less broth like. And"

Even though I messed up, this came out delish! I totally forgot to poke the holes in the foil!! I was so mad, I thought I ruined it. I also thought I didn't have time for the one hour marinating, so I didn't (I had read another recipe and was thinking 6-8 hours cooking and got confused) This truly does only take 2.5 hours! I hope people don't mind the 'alterations' added to comments. I made this with these changes: I cooked onions and green peppers with the garlic in the beginning. Then, the zucchini, then the chicken. But in the sauce, I didn't have a can of evaporated milk, so I used 1/4 cup of single cream, or normal cream. I also cut up about 8 sun dried t...

I'm a decent cook, but I am struggling a little here. Perhaps due to my one substitution, but many other used the same but don't mention any problems. I used curly kale in place of Swiss chard. I had to add another cup of broth and have been cooking it for over an hour now. While the flavour of the broth is nice, the kale is still a bit hard ...
