Reviewed Antipasto Salad
"I enjoyed antipasto salad w/a vegetarian twist: only cheddar & mozzarella cheese. No vinegar: due to an allergic reaction but I enjoyed the taste of the dressing e.v. o.o. , dijon mustard, salt and pepper, garlic, rosemary & basil and black olives, green olives, green peas, sprinkled with parm cheese. It lends it self to a festive luncheon enviro""
I like Giada's recipies and enjoy trying them in my own kitchen. My biggest pet peeve is people who wont try anything new. I'm always trying new recipies and I don't want the criticism from any family members who can't adjust well to changes in thier food palate.
I love Mexican, first and foremost, Thai and Japanese are a close runner up for second place. And third place is being held by Chinese. Of course, nothing beats a good gourmet restaurant that really can prepare a good rack of lamb.
