This is delicious! I added some fresh parmesan to mine and used dijon mustard instead of dry, very good this way, I also used panko bread crumbs and did as another review said and baked 20 minutes then added my cheese and bread crumbs. I will definately be making this again."

I followed recipe exactly, and I would not change anything, this had excellent flavor and just the right amount of heat. Nice and juicy, not dry like some pulled pork I've had,also had as left over with some melted cheddar. The only thing different I did, was the cook time. I cooked much longer so I could pull apart with two forks. As my friend said...

This cake is very good & moist, everyone loved it. I did poke holes in the cake before I put on the glaze, not sure it made that much differance. My cake also did not look like Emeril's, it seem's to flaten out on the top instead of looking like his, but still a very good cake.
