Oh my, this was so delicious. Tender and moist, with this out of the world gravy. We are still swooning over this dish! And I didn't even have enough garlic - will make it to the letter next time. The gravy was SO good and I made rustic mashed potatoes with Yukon Golds to go with it. Divine!! My new go-to roasted chicken recipe!!!"

I followed the recipe and it came out great! I had some leftover Kale which I drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with Sea Salt. Followed her guidelines and it came out great! You do want to leave out the major veins or they will be chewy, but the light crispiness of the kale was great!!"

My search for the perfect scone is over -- this recipe is amazing! I didn't have cream and substituted half and half, and it came out fine. You can really add anything you want, whatever you have around. I chopped some dried apricots and soaked them in the egg/cream mixture, then added chopped walnuts. Fantastic! Light and tasty, a light crisp on...
