Reviewed braised beef brisket

Darn. I have to say this was way too salty. The color was so unappetizing and not sure why. So disappointed, in having to waste such a large cut of meat-- just not really edible. Not sure if this had anything to do with it, but I also used a Hickory flavored liquid smoke

We loved these! I also used some of the extra, unused marinade on some potaotes I was frying up in another pan (with a little cajun) spinkled on them. Taste just like those "honey mustard" potato chips you may love,as we do."

This was fantastic just as is. Loved it with the Chinese noodles. As prior reviews say, there is a lot of sauce/broth left over. I made dipping sandwich's with fresh french sub bread (from my local Thai store) left over meat and some of the left over broth (as in a french dip) and was absolutely delicious this way also. Highly recommend this r"
