This dish was absolutely delicious! My family loved it! I used frozen baby brussels, but it turned out perfect. Way to go Paula, again! Very easy and very low carb friendly!

I never made "candy" before, but it seemed so easy, so I gave it a try! My thermometer never made it to 280 but it was around 7 minutes so I took it off the heat. I used glazed pecans instead, it was excellent and so so easy! I will definitely make again! However, it did take longer than 20 minutes to set.
