OMG!!! As many others have expressed. I'm not a sweets person but I can't get enough of this. Have to back myself away!! Adapted this by using 11-12 oz of 2/3 milk chocolate and 1/3 peanut butter chips. Topped it with pecans and kosher salt. Other than that, did exactly as the recipe recommended. Love Marcela's recipes and will definitely try this!!! FYI though, she started with a deheaded and spine out butterflied fillet with tail on. The recipe is exact from there. I give her a 5 star ahead of time because of the ingredients and the ease of it! It sounds like a keeper! "
